Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all included materials.
To initiate a return, email us at hello@calovena.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We process exchanges as a return and new purchase for fastest handling. Contact us at hello@calovena.com to begin the process.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@calovena.com with photos and your order number. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping.
