Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition. Contact us at hello@calovena.com with your order number to begin the process.
Gift Box & Packaging
Packaging details may vary by collection, but every gift-ready order includes a CALOVENA card and thoughtful presentation. We believe the experience of opening a gift should be as meaningful as the object itself.
Natural Stone Care
Natural stones are sensitive to water, chemicals and prolonged sunlight. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions and water. Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth. Store in the provided pouch when not wearing. Materials are listed on each product page and may vary slightly in color, texture and pattern.
Personal Message Card
Every gift order can include a handwritten note. Add your message at checkout and we will write it by hand on a CALOVENA card included with your gift.
